RESERVOIR returns to The Armory Show 2026 with a solo presentation by Anna van der Ploeg.​​​

Titled Customs, this new body of paintings by Van der Ploeg are inspired by overnight Ethiopian Airlines flights connecting Europe and Africa - a route the artist, living between Cape Town and Brussels, often takes. The collection offers intimate portraits of people in air transit, exploring the complex realities of global diaspora, the emotional weight of homecoming, and at times, the sacrifices of living double lives.
